b) the erasure, the transformation in anonymous form or the data block processed in violation of the law, including those in which storage is not necessary according to the purposes for which data have been collected or subsequently processed;

c) the certificate that operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also with regard for their content, of those whom data have been communicated or disseminated, except when such fulfilment is impossible or involves a use of means extremely disproportionate to the right protected.

4. The data subject has the right to object, totally or partially:

a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection;

b) to personal data processing concerning him for the purposes not covered by art.2  

Also pursuant to articles 15 GDPR and following, user has the right to request at any time access to personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of the processing in the cases referred to in article 18 GDPR, to obtain in a structured format, commonly used and readable by automatic device data concerning him, in the cases referred to in art.20 GDPR. At any time, user can withdraw the consent given pursuant to art.7 GDPR; make a complaint to supervisor authority pursuant to art.77 GDPR if he/she considers that data processing is contrary to the law in force.  

User can make a request to object to the processing of personal data pursuant to art.21 GDPR including reasons that justify the opposition: the controller reserves the right to assess the request, which is not accepted if there are cogent legitimate reasons to proceed to the processing, that override user interests, rights and freedoms.
